I know that when you have a house, you can simply put it on a real estate website when you want to rent it out. However, my family currently owns a business that we want to rent out. In terms of renting a business, the concept is intriguing, but does nit make sense. For a business, there is a name for who pays the bills and that is your name. If the business loses money one month do you expect the person renting it to take the hit? Regardless of what your lawyer tells you, you cannot hold someone accountable to take a hit for you who is renting your business.
Renting a house is different - it is a physical thing. You can rent a house, a car, a plane - maybe even a dog - but you cannot rent a business.
You have 3 options.
1) hire a manager. You stay the owner but pay the manager to run everything.
2) take on a partner. Many restaurants have multiple owners. In this case, if the business were to lose money you have this person's name on the mortgage so they will truly be responsible for paying whether they want to or not.
3) sell the business
My guess is that if you talked to a lawyer that what you are calling renting a business is in fact #2 for a specifies amount of time. You could (in theory) make someone a partner for 1 year for example. Their name would go on rhe mortgage, electricity bill, etc.I would research restaurant the area that are successful and locally owned. Get to know the owners and ask around if you could develop a partnership. One way to research is to look at places that are highly rated in Yelp, and are close to your restaurant.

Groupon false advertising?
-So, I got a spa deal from groupon for $99. The deal stated that you would get 6 laser hair removal treatments in 1 of 10 specified areas. I decided that I wanted the brazilian bikini when I get to the spa for my consult. The have a menu of prices and say that the "full brazilian" is more (if you want all the hair removed) yet they only have 2 options on the menu bikini and brazilian the exact same options as the groupon I got. So, I am wondering why I have to pay $250 more for something that was advertised as being part of the $99? Since on the menu there is no "full brazilian" and "regular Brazilian". I'm honestly starting to think this is the spas way of trying to make more money off of the deal.

A Junior in high school wanting to be a tutor, need advise in advertisement?

So I want to be a tutor for 3rd thru 10th graders. I have a 4.64 GPA, though it might go down since I'm transferring to a different school which grades the GPA differently. I was the president of the mock trial club, and had been in so far six honors classes, and one AP (our school doesn't offer as many AP classes as the eastern schools do) and have taken 2 AP exams. My practice SAT score is around 2050 though it is from a private tutoring academy which has much higher questions and average-smart students so my grade would probably rise up maybe 100 to 200 points hopefully, based on what they say that is. And they're very good. A lot of their students got 2400 and many of them got 2100 or over and I am in the program called 2100 Plus for all students wanting to get that or above that score.
I dont' necessarily have tutoring experience but I do have experience with kids for three years (kindergarten, 2nd graders, and 4th graders, and do have musical teaching experience)
I orginally though that the best way for me to advertise my tutorship is to advertise in the library through fliers. Unfortunately, the libraries in my county do not allow those type of advertisement but only advertisement from non-profit organizations. So that's out.

-Alright. Well, yesterday I was home alone and received a house phone call from an Indian guy named 'Fred Hall'. I knew it wasn't his real name, but I've been told that fake names are given to foreign advertisers by legit companies, so I ignored it. He told me to look up errors on event viewer, and I discovered that I had about 100, which caused me to believe this scam, as the evidence was there.
After a while, he directed me to bring up a window that contained my computer I.D. Stupidly, I gave it to him, and saw his cursor moving around on the screen. He then brought up notepad and typed the solutions and costs of what will 'fix' my computer. I have no idea why I fell for it, but the same guy has been ringing us, despite being yelled at by my dad, for about a day now.
I googled 'microsoft phone call', and it's a scam from India; they're not even from Microsoft. I didn't give him any credit card details, and I told him I wasn't interested, but what worries me is he probably still has the computer I.D. Is there a way to change this? What should I do?

How long do I have to rebuild a website before I lose page rank?
