Selling gift baskets using another company's products.?

-I want to start an online gift basket business and am doing research before hand. I'm having trouble finding any laws or rules that say whether or not I can purchase brand name products, arrange them in a gift basket then sell the whole thing to a customer under my company's name. I don't want to do anything illegal. Please help.Hi, I'm also starting a gift basket company and it is perfectly legal to sell brand name products as long as you are not altering the product to make it look like you made it.



Ex. You buy a name brand shirt and you rip of the labels and put your logo on it.You can ask for your company and discuss with the gift basket business.
