CAN YOU GET SUED FOR SELLING SOMTHING TO HIGH ON EBAY?

-I WANT TO SELL MY COMIC BOOKS ON EBAY I HAVE ABOUT 300 COMIC BOOKS AND I WANT TO SELL THEM FOR 400$no as long as you don't miss-represent your item like putting it's new if it isn't so if you don't lie and accurately describe your item then you will be ok the only problem with selling at a high price is people may expect you to refund if lost in postage or because ir's a lot you may want to sell them in lots of 20 so the postage isn't insanely high unless you put pick up only but nobody will pay 400$ to drive to your house and collect.



basically don't lie in the description take a few pic's of the item and insure the postage of item's at a high priceNo you can't get sued for selling something too high. And that's a pretty good price, if theyre good comic books. And people don't have to buy your books, so they cant sure you for that.
That's a pretty good price for some comics. Only 1.33$. Each. :) 400$ is good enough. And no, you can't get sued.
