Ebay - how long should I wait for a seller to answer my question?

-I purchased a pump time liquid concealer and when I got it, it appeared that the concealer had been pumped as there was some product around the opening. I had bought one previously and it didn't look like that. I emailed the seller and told them of my concern since I did pay a decent price for it and have not gotten any response back. How long should I wait before going directly to ebay? Thanks.You dont have to wait more than a couple of days, then I would file an Ebay dispute for Not As Described. You can do that on the 4th day.Not longer than about 3 days.
