Odd job man advertisement on flyer?

-Already have a flyer listing gardening, painting, dog walking etc but have done a DIY course in brickwork and plastering- what could I advertise about that-basic brickwork or garden walls? And basic plastering?



Can also pressure wash patios- worth listing?Expect people to be rather cynical about someone claiming to be able to do just about everything. My neighbor hired an odd job guy who had specifically mentioned gardening in his ad. She sent him away after a half hour because he was simply wandering around the garden with no real idea of what to do (she had asked him to pull up some weeds)
