I need help on making my yardsale very successful!?

-I'm having a yardsale sometime this month and I need help on making it successful. Two years ago I had one, but I didn't sell a lot of items so I didn't have one last year. I still have a lot of items that I can get money for. I need your help. I have teen and some adult clothing I can sell. I have electronics, books, stuffed animals, etc. I may breed guppies to get some more money, but I'm not sure. Please help!!!!!!!Try posting more signs around town that'll draw attention, so more people will see it. Also put alot of stuff out so when people drive by they dont think it's a wimpy sell, that you have slot of stuff to offer.
