Why was my ad ghosted on craigslist, but months later it wasn't ghosted and posted fine?

-just curious because it was the same exact ad...is ghosting sometimes done randomly?there is really no ryme or reason to any of it. why can some people only post (or try to) 1 ad a week that sticks but yet car dealers can post hundreds a day, life and craigslist are not fair or equal
